CUSTOMER SUPPORT & MULTICHANNEL INTAKE SPECIALIST – REMOTE LATAM

Overview

Our client, a growing U.S.-based law firm, is looking for a proactive and highly responsive Customer Support & Multichannel Intake Specialist to help manage inbound leads, client communication, and social media inquiries.

This is a highly operational and client-facing role focused on fast lead response, intake follow-up, outbound calls, and multichannel communication across platforms like phone, email, Legal

Match, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and messaging channels.

The ideal candidate is organized, fast-moving, customer-oriented, and comfortable handling both calls and social media communication throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multichannel intake across calls, social media, Legal Match leads, and client inquiries
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads using approved templates and communication workflows
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients
  • Monitor and respond to messages across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, company groups, and other communication channels
  • Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates
  • Request and organize client reviews for Google
  • Track lead activity and maintain organized intake records
  • Coordinate with the legal team regarding qualified leads and case updates
  • Help improve response times and overall client engagement processes

Success in this role

Respond quickly, keep leads engaged, and help convert inquiries into active clients through strong communication and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, intake coordination, lead follow-up, appointment setting, or client-facing roles
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
  • Ability to multitask across calls, social media messages, emails, and intake systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fast response mentality and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication style
  • Experience using social media platforms professionally

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or intake management systems
  • Experience with online reputation management and review generation
  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience handling customer inquiries through social media channels
