Sales Contract Reviewer
This is an entry-level role within the Customer Service team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting both customers and outside sales representatives with daily operational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
· Reviewing contracts for all incoming sales orders
· Assisting customers to ensure order details are complete, accurate, and ready for entry
Job Qualifications:
Must pass Drug and Background Check
Looking for people with a good employment history
· Self-motivated, proactive attitude with comfort spending most of the day on the phone
· Prior experience handling inbound calls is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
· Strong verbal communication and critical-thinking abilities
· High level of attention to detail and follow-through
· Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with strong accuracy
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
