Our Client is a Global medical device Manufacturer.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Order Processing) to support customers in processing inbound orders and addressing customer inquiries.

  • Manage the customer service inbox with inbound orders and process orders.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience, including direct interaction with customers via phone and email.
  • Proven experience processing customer orders and managing order-related inquiries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of order management or ERP systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate customer records and data entry in business systems.
  • Comfortable using computer applications and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
