Our Client is a Global medical device Manufacturer.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Order Processing) to support customers in processing inbound orders and addressing customer inquiries.
- Manage the customer service inbox with inbound orders and process orders.
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries
Experience:
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, including direct interaction with customers via phone and email.
- Proven experience processing customer orders and managing order-related inquiries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of order management or ERP systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate customer records and data entry in business systems.
- Comfortable using computer applications and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
