1- Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3- Manage the full contract preparation process and maintain accurate documentation.
4- Respond to all inquiries related to contracts, project updates, delivery dates, and payment status.
5- Follow up with clients regarding after-sales services and maintain strong customer relationships.
6- Update clients’ data and records on CRM systems and company databases.
7- Prepare periodic reports related to customer accounts and service activities.
8- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience and issue resolution.
9- Resolve customer complaints effectively by identifying the root cause and following up until closure.
Job Requirements:
1- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service within the Real Estate industry is a MUST.
2- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
3- Very good command of English.
4- Excellent user of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
5- Customer-oriented with the ability to deal with different personalities professionally.
6- Professional appearance and attitude.
7- Residents of El Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas are preferred.
8- Self-confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.
