About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication, order coordination, problem-solving, and working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, service requests, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
• Track customer orders from confirmation to delivery and proactively update customers on status, changes, or issues.
• Support resolution of service concerns, complaints, claims, warranty matters, and documentation requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, CRM updates, and regular service reports.
• Provide product information and support customer engagement activities with Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Help improve customer service processes, communication quality, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Sales Support, Order Management, or Commercial Operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an advantage.
• Able to communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English.
