EDGE3 Technologies, a U.S. – based company specializing in driver and in-cabin monitoring systems. Seeking multiple full-time growth-oriented employees at the EDGE3 HSE – Health, Safety and Environment Department in Beirut. The Beirut location functions as a 24-hour center for customers around the world utilizing the Company’s market-leading products around the world.

EDGE3 strongly believes in professional and personal growth for every staff member. This involves working in a mixed model of supporting our customers by making phone calls, but also working on professional growth opportunities in the form of initiatives and efforts that align with the company's long-term goals. For example, in the mixed role, staff members also pursue work in specialized safety technical areas, business development, change management and safety culture shifts for our customers, etc.

 

Please read carefully shift times and shift time combinations. A combination of 2 -3 or 3 -2 AM/PM shifts will be part of your full-time work, for no more than five days per week. Shift times are scheduled in advance, giving employees ample time to plan and have a voice in their schedules. Management will do their best to accommodate everyone.

AM shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

PM shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

ON shift: 10:00O PM – 6:30 AM

Days of shifts, you either are on the AM, PM or ON schedules. Schedules are not movable.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Punctual, meticulous and dedicated
  • Fluent English skills, both reading and writing.
  • Ability to work on a team and in a team environment.
  • 24-hour product and customer support team. Team members would be required to review real-time short video clips from around the world and perform functions based on the video clips, such as alerting customer contacts.
  • Employees will also review videos and manually label certain features to support the Company’s HQ team.
  • Employees will interact regularly with the main headquarters in the United States.
  • Employees would also prepare documents and supporting information relevant to the conducted work.
  • Able to write up professional reports
  • Utilize Word, Excel, .ppt and other Microsoft products
  • Any basic coding skills would be a plus
  • Have an unblemished criminal record
  • Has to live in the Beirut area, no more than 2km away from the city center in any direction.
  • Formal dress attire

  • Be professional and presentable
  • The position is 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Salary range 550 to 700USD. Payment is in fresh USD not LBP.
