Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any related field
- At least 23 years of supervisory experience in CSR within a logistics, courier, or supply chain company
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, shipment processes, and customer handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concerns simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience in handling high-volume customer interactions is an advantage
- Experience in the logistics industry is a must.
