What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee the daily operations of a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives
- Ensure the team meets client service expectations and Health Benefits' service objectives
- Facilitate staff development and performance management
- Manage client advocacy cases requiring multiple interactions with clients, providers, insurers, and community resources
- Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with minimal supervision
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
- Minimum of 3-5 years customer service experience in a call center
- Minimum of 3 years healthcare/health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Associate's Degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
