CUSTOMER SERVICE (INSIDE SALES) COORDINATOR

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global logistics company seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE (INSIDE SALES) COORDINATOR to join their team located in SOUTHEAST HOUSTON.

This role is TEMP-to-POTENTIAL-HIRE with benefits after two months on assignment! Compensation for this role is $25-$30/hr, dependent on experience.

This position does have a MON-FRI (8 hour shift) schedule, days only. This is an in-office opportunity and is NOT remote or hybrid.

All applicants MUST have Inside Sales/Customer Service related to INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS.

The Expectations for the INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR will:

  • Master all communication related to customer order requisitions
  • Assist in providing top-level customer service to global clients
  • Manage incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, e-mail, or phone
  • Create quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors
  • Conduct reviews on all orders to ensure customer satisfaction
