Bison Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Support Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in financial services while contributing to key aspects of customer service operations.
As part of the team, you will provide first-line support to clients from different nationalities and assist with account opening processes, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer requests. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge of banking processes in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide basic support and guidance to clients, addressing common issues or routing more complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Assist in the account opening processes by verifying initial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account-opening activities.
- Support the Customer Service team in day-to-day administrative tasks and operational activities.
- Contribute to identifying process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in handling documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
