Our growing team is looking for one Customer Service Team Lead to help our team continue to lead as the leading provider of private lessons in North America.

Responsibilities:
– Handling escalation calls
– Managing 5-12 customer service representatives.
– Conducting 1-on-1 coaching of reps.
– Attending company Zoom meetings and speaking in front of 5-15 other representatives.
-Supervision of schedules and ideas to improve customer experience
Qualifications:
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Prior leadership positions (Team lead experience).
– Handled escalations in the past.
– A positive attitude that believes anything is possible.
