Salary: €4500 – €4750

  • Already live within commuting distance of Maastricht (or be willing to relocate before starting date).

Are you an experienced leader in customer service within 4PL logistics or supply chain? We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service Department in Maastricht and drive service excellence across key client accounts.

 

What you’ll do:

·        Lead and develop Customer Service Team Leaders and their teams

·        Drive customer service strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

·        Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer issues and claims

·        Manage key customer relationships and represent the function in business reviews

·        Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery

Key competencies required:

·        Strong people management with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams

·        Expertise in service-level management & operational excellence within logistics

·        Proven ability to drive performance through KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics

·        Skilled in managing escalations and complex service scenarios across regions

·        A mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization

What you bring:

·        5+ years’ experience in logistics / supply chain (ideally 4PL environment)

·        Proven leadership experience managing team performance and service levels

·        Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·        Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
