Job Description

  • Provide training for new hires to help them to be well-equipped with program knowledge & Soft-skills, preparing them for real life situations.
  • Support in doing Quality Tasks during off-peak season, including auditing, joining weekly & monthly calibrations, conducting coaching sessions in order to maintain agents' quality.
  • Identifying and resolving quality issues, addressing root causes in order to build an appropriate action plan in order to maintain SOPs.
  • Prepared new hires for obtaining and maintaining employment by training coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills to utilize in a professional setting.
  • Trained and validated of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed

Requirements

  • Having experience in Training or any relevant
  • Background in Call Center (Customer Service) is a plus.
  • Good English communication skills
