About the Rol

eThe Customer Service – UK Market position is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery process, providing direct support to the Sales team and acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding service level performance and operational execution

Key Responsibiliti

  • esManage Customer Service activities to ensure a high level of service excellen
  • ceMonitor daily operational KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement actio
  • nsWork closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance teams to achieve business objectiv

  • teCoordinate and validate databases (customer, material master, etc.) to prevent complaints, returns, and credit not
  • esSupport customer requests and act as a central point of contact for all service-related inquiri
  • esActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order process quality and efficien

  • ntsBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related fi
  • eld2–4 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, ideally within the FMCG or cosmetics indus
