Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate, based in Tbilisi. The Customer Success Associate will focus on building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, monitoring customer feedback, and analyzing data to improve customer experiences. The role involves a blend of proactive engagement, support, and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer success.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Shift: 21:00 – 06:00 (Tbilisi Time)
Workdays: Monday – Saturday
Role – Onsite
Key Responsibilties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and HOA board members.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, calls, and the platform.
- Guide clients in navigating the PropVIVO portal and resolving issues.
- Track and manage support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, and web applications
