Position: Customer Success Associate for Strategic Markets

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Strategic Markets, assisting in managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in servicing a portfolio of enterprise accounts

• Build and lead standard calls, creating supportive materials

• Onboard customers and foster product adoption

• Analyze usage metrics and enhance customer value

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare

• Strong track record of driving results and relationships

• Proficiency with data analysis for meaningful insights

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
