📍 Santa Barbara, CA (Hybrid – up to 3 days/week in-office)
💼 Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 DOE

We're the parent company of two fast-growing health and wellness brands: MDBio Wellness and Sleep Corner. Our mission is to empower people to take control of their health—through science-backed nutraceuticals, innovative at-home sleep testing, and compassionate care.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Trial Coordinator who’s excited to join an early-stage team where your work actually matters. You'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience and a key player in supporting our observational trials.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries across email, phone, and chat (B2C + B2B)
- Support participants in clinical observational trials—onboarding, scheduling, data coordination
- Manage backend operations including returns, order updates, and tracking (Shopify, HubSpot, etc.)
- Identify issues and implement proactive solutions to improve the customer journey
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams
- Manage customer journeys through our 30 day health improvement programs
- Assist customers through our integrative tele-health services
✅ You Bring:
- 3–5 years of customer service experience (DTC, wellness, or healthcare a big plus)
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Comfort navigating complex systems and processes
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Zendesk, etc.)
- A growth mindset and desire to be part of a mission-driven startup
