About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scaled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Rhythm’s largest customer segment through scalable engagement strategies, digital programs, and lifecycle automation. Your primary focus will be to ensure customers derive maximum value from our platform while experiencing exceptional support at scale. You will facilitate onboarding, drive adoption, and develop long-term success programs that foster customer loyalty and growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the customer journey, implement innovative success initiatives, and work remotely within a collaborative environment dedicated to making a difference for mission-driven organizations.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios
- Proficiency with automation tools and customer success platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent program management and organizational skills
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms, especially within associations, nonprofits, or ERP-adjacent markets, is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to think operationally about scaling customer engagement initiatives
- Empathy and customer advocacy skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Asana, Zoom, Calendly, Loom
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding programs to ensure quick realization of value
- Deliver structured onboarding resources, training webinars, and follow-up support
- Manage scalable customer engagement programs including webinars, newsletters, community initiatives, and educational resources
- Design and execute lifecycle success programs such as adoption campaigns, onboarding, and renewal initiatives
- Provide easy access to training materials, knowledge bases, and product updates to foster self-service success
- Monitor customer health indicators, including product usage, engagement levels, and feedback
- Identify at-risk customers and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely support
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer success strategies and platform features
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress within CRM and success platforms
