We're looking for Customer Success Managers!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional and technical point of contact for customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting platform adoption and ongoing success
- Act as the central customer relationship owner, ensuring seamless coordination of service delivery, customer engagement activities, renewals, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, sponsors, and decision-makers
- Guide customers in maximizing the value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud by aligning platform capabilities with business objectives and operational goals
- Coordinate the delivery of customer success programs, strategic initiatives, and platform optimization activities based on customer needs
- Provide proactive recommendations on platform features, best practices, and enhancements relevant to customer business requirements
- Advise customers on new platform releases, feature adoption strategies, and potential implementation considerations to ensure smooth transitions
- Promote customer success outcomes by demonstrating platform value and supporting long-term engagement and retention initiatives
- Advocate for customers during critical issue resolution processes and collaborate with internal teams to drive timely outcomes
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess platform performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities and feature enhancements
- Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and usage patterns to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and identify opportunities for business growth
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, strategic planning discussions, and roadmap reviews to align customer goals with platform capabilities
- Support customers during high-priority situations and provide occasional extended-hour assistance based on business requirements
- Continuously adapt to evolving platform capabilities, customer needs, and organizational priorities while driving best practices in customer success management
