• Own the onboarding process to ensure customer success

• Conduct data-rich Quarterly Service Reviews to track success

• Collaborate with internal teams for flawless deployments

Requirements:

• 3-6+ years in Customer Success or related fields

• Passion for customer experience in tech or infrastructure

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong analytical acumen for performance evaluation

• Knowledge of CRM platforms and EV charging systems
