We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be part of a motivated international sales team, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. By executing tailored sales plans and leveraging analytics, you will continuously refine strategies to achieve revenue goals, expand market presence, and improve overall sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow Enterprise accounts by executing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, strengthening relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Recommend optimized terms, pricing, or service offerings to support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align strategies, improve processes, and maximize business opportunities.
  • Apply pricing guidelines, propose optimized terms, and support digital adoption to drive customer engagement and efficiency.
  • Use data, market insights, and sales metrics to identify new opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, provide proactive guidance on tools and services, and work to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri from 10am – 7pm. This is a Hybrid role from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English – written and spoken.
  • 1+ years in sales experience (prefferably within the tech industry).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (MSTF Excel and PowerPoint) programs
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with managing a portfolio of B2B clients would be considered as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) would be preffered.
