What You’ll Do:

✅ Support customers with online orders and product enquiries

✅ Provide timely, professional assistance through calls and emails

✅ Handle sensitive data securely and accurately

✅ Stay up to date with processes and training

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)

💬 B2-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, listening)

📞 At least 6 months of customer service experience (fresh grads welcome!)

💻 Typing speed 40wpm with 90% accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Office

🌈 Positive attitude, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
