We’re Hiring | Customer Success & Training Representative

 Full-time | Petah Tikva (Near the Light Rail)

A-Point Systems, a leading software company specializing in business management

solutions, is looking for a Customer Success & Training Representative to

join our growing Application Support team.

 About the Role

This is a customer-facing role focused on onboarding, training, and customer success/

This is not a technical development /or system administrator position.

We’re looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals with up to 3 years of experience,

(it's an entry position for the Customer Success field) including recent

graduates in:

§ Computer Science

§ Information Systems / Knowledge Management

§ Economics and management

§ Industrial Engineering & Management

§ Business Administration

 What You’ll Do

•Lead onboarding and training sessions for new customers

•Support and guide existing users in their day-to-day work with the platform

•Help customers maximize value and efficiency from our system

•Identify customer needs and recommend relevant features and modules

•Build strong long-term customer relationships.

 What We’re Looking For

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•High service orientation, patience, and empathy

•Fast learner with the ability to understand business processes and systems

•Proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills

•Fluent Hebrew — spoken and written

 Nice to Have

•Experience in customer support, training, onboarding, or customer success

•Familiarity with business applications or basic SQL knowledge
