The Role

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will represent our brand with professionalism across phone, email, and chat interactions while building strong, productive relationships with both customers and internal teams. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, developing strong product knowledge, and identifying opportunities to maximize product usage and support business growth through upgrades and upsell solutions.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

This role will support the valuation services team and suite of products.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role

  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers and consumers
  • Tracking those calls in our CRM by building cases
  • Providing information about our valuation services products and selling those products

Qualifications Of This Role

  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Prefer contact center or remote customer service experience
  • High School Diploma, Junior or 2-year College preferred
  • Ability to multitask answering phone calls, providing information to customers in a remote environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce preferred

I’m looking for a motivated individual that is a fast learner and eager to provide “gold level” customer service to our valuation services customers.

This position has a starting salary range of $19.50 – $20.00 CAD per hour. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
