Role Description
ETISAL International Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent for its English Account, based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries, addressing and resolving complaints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts and providing clear and effective communication throughout each interaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in related roles
- Excellent Communication skills, particularly in delivering clear and efficient customer interactions
- Strong Account Management skills, with the ability to handle client needs effectively and professionally
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to providing outstanding service
- Experience working in BPO or customer service industries is an advantage
