We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abbasia, managing scheduling and coordination for the Informa Account. This is a structured, workflow-driven role within a professional environment that values precision and organization over high-pressure volume.
Key Requirements:
· English proficiency at a B2 level – both written and spoken.
· Strong organizational skills with a focus on scheduling and task coordination.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Work Arrangement:
· Hybrid System: Flexible hybrid setup – candidates must have access to a personal laptop or PC.
· Shift Timings: 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break) with no overnight rotations. The latest shift concludes at 7:00 PM.
· Days Off: 2 consecutive days off weekly (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday).
