Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT in Islamabad.

Location: TopCity-1, Srinagar Highway (near New Islamabad Airport), Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Manage all incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Lead Coordination: Record accurate lead details and schedule consultations, site surveys, and support visits.
  • Support & Escalation: Route technical or billing queries to the relevant teams and ensure all customer issues are followed through to resolution.
  • Office Administration: Maintain organized trackers, handle routine correspondence, and prepare weekly reports using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
  • Quality Assurance: Represent the company brand with excellent communication etiquette and strict data confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Gender: Female candidate (as required by the employer for this role).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, front desk, call handling, or office administration.
  • Language Skills: Professional English (spoken/written) and fluent Urdu.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, sorting) and general MS Office suite.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, emotional control, and the ability to multitask effectively
