About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our existing customers, assisting them with various service requests related to their insurance policies. Your responsibilities will include processing policy changes such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents. You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding policy details, coverage options, and benefits, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your efforts will contribute to customer retention and satisfaction by actively identifying solutions for customers at risk of policy cancellation. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with self-discipline
  • Basic knowledge of insurance policies and terminology is preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in insurance are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls from existing customers, providing professional and courteous support
  • Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits
  • Make policy adjustments as needed to meet customer needs and retain their business
  • Identify at-risk policyholders and proactively offer solutions to prevent cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests
  • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information
