Customer Support Assistant – Volt Charge
Volt Industrial Company (A subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Coordinator will serve as the primary point of communication between clients, the internal installation team, and external third-party vendors. This role involves managing the delivery and installation of EV chargers, ensuring all customer requirements are met within agreed timelines, while maintaining proper documentation and tracking systems.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer coordination, client service, or project coordination (preferred)
- Average verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage client interactions with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic order/document tracking systems
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, timelines, and concerns
- Liaise with installation teams and ensure correct allocation of resources for timely completion of jobs
- Manage orders with third-party suppliers, shops, or service providers to ensure on-time delivery
- Track each order from placement to successful installation and verify completion to customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, issues, and order progress
- Manage issue tracking systems and escalating problems where necessary
- Prepare regular status and progress reports for management review
- Ensure all processes are followed correctly and jobs are closed only after quality verification
- Support customer issue resolution with professionalism and patience
