Wellnite is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
  • Help patients schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
  • Accurately document all interactions
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure a great patient experience

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer support or call center experience preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Comfortable learning new software and working independently
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Schedule

  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Must be willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
  • You'll still receive 2 days off per week

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $500 USD/month
  • Performance Bonus: After successfully completing 3 months, you'll become eligible for a monthly performance bonus ranging from $0–$500 USD, based on quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
