Wellnite is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
- Help patients schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Accurately document all interactions
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a great patient experience
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer support or call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Comfortable learning new software and working independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Must be willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
- You'll still receive 2 days off per week
Compensation
- Base Salary: $500 USD/month
- Performance Bonus: After successfully completing 3 months, you'll become eligible for a monthly performance bonus ranging from $0–$500 USD, based on quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
