Our CSR team works with both our Sales team and our Warehouse team to ensure that retailers receive their candy and soda orders timely and accurately. The CSR will support our diverse customer base by managing complex customer inquiries, escalated problems and supporting the overall operations of the customer service department.
Primary Job Duties:
- Use Redstone Foods tailored ERP computer system to service the customer from initial order to final shipment
- Handle escalated and complex customer inquiries, complaints and sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Enter orders through alpha/numeric data entry.
- Process change orders, calculate credits and issue returns.
- Research freight claims and shipment status.
- Calculate customer credits.
- Identify solutions to resolve order problems.
- Utilize EDI portals to ensure accurate ordering, timely resolutions and seamless data flow between our internal system and external customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Perform administrative task as assigned.
- Communicate via phone and email with the customer to serve as a resource and subject matter expert
- Serve as a point of contact between Sales and Operations to ensure key accounts are handled with care.Competencies

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Minimum of four years of distribution, warehouse, or professional office Customer Service experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with specialized warehouse order entry computer systems
- Strong alpha/numeric keyboarding skills
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
