Role Description The Customer Service Agent | English Account is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in English via phone, email, and chat, ensuring inquiries are resolved accurately and promptly. The agent will manage customer accounts, provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, adhering to company policies and service-level agreements, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role also requires collaborating with team members, participating in training, and continuously improving service quality and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent Communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Account Management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and following up on customer issues.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving capability when dealing with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Cairo, Egypt, with reliable internet connectivity for remote work.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call center systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in BPO or contact center environments and a willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Must have access to a personal laptop or PC for the work-from-home setup.
