Key Responsibilities

  • Actioning promptly on the customer complaints/requests/queries by maintaining the SLA.
    • Followup with internal teams to ensure the timely response to the customer case.
    • Excel skills required (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)

Requirements

  • Requires basic analytical skills
    • Hands on experience in CRM system under customer service and preferably experience in financial services with knowledge of loans.
