We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through phone calls, emails, or chat. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers who are willing to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum education: O/L / A/L or equivalent
- Good communication skills (English and/or local languages)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work shifts (if required)
Experience:
- No prior experience required (freshers are welcome)
- Call center or customer service experience is an advantage
