We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through phone calls, emails, or chat. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers who are willing to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues
  • Provide accurate information about products or services
  • Maintain call records and update customer details
  • Follow company policies and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: O/L / A/L or equivalent
  • Good communication skills (English and/or local languages)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work shifts (if required)

Experience:

  • No prior experience required (freshers are welcome)
  • Call center or customer service experience is an advantage
