Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role located in Lahore, Model Town. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. They will provide online and technical support, assist with troubleshooting, and work to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently while maintaining company standards for quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure excellent client interaction and experience.
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Experience in providing Technical Support for troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in the IT or IoT industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
