🌞Job description:
– Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
– Corporate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
– Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
– Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to higher level to handle customer's issues promptly
– Other internal support if required
🪻Requirements: Welcome Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting graduation
– Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
– Good customer service mindset
