About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional for the role of Customer Support & Operations Executive – Technical Compliance & Retention. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring compliance-related coordination, managing operational support activities, and improving customer retention through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support queries through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical compliance and operational processes.
  • Maintain customer records, documentation, and compliance-related data.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
  • Support retention activities by building strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with clients regarding renewals, documentation, and service updates.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain MIS data.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for customers.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams for seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of operations and customer handling.
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and documentation management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, Retention, or Compliance-related roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates from service, tech support, fintech, logistics, or operations background will be an advantage.
