Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka (office); night shift aligned to US hours
Salary: 50,000–60,000 BDT/month
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee night-shift support and ensure SLA adherence
Monitor incoming tickets/calls, prioritize and escalate issues
Maintain performance metrics, generate nightly reports
Coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams for incident resolution
Ensure documentation, SOPs and knowledge base are up to date
Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in support centre/customer service operations, preferably in night-shift roles
Proven leadership /coordination experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience liaising with US clients/time zones
Comfortable with ticketing systems, Microsoft Office; basic IT literacy
Excellent English (spoken/written) , Chatgpt usage ( preferred English medium background)

Maintain office culture, prayer times and etiquette
Knows phone etiquette , able to work 6 days a week
Preferred:
Experience with CRM/ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow), Chatgpt basics
Familiarity with KPI-driven environments and US client expectations
