🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Representative (On-Site – In Multan)
GlitchGone is a fast-growing tech agency working with international clients. We specialize in CRM systems and custom solutions. We are looking for a confident, tech-oriented Customer Support Representative who can communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and assist clients professionally via Live chat and Zoom calls.

📍 Location:
Wapda Town Phase 2, Multan, Punjab (On-Site Position Only)
🕒 Working Hours:
8-Hour Shift
6 Days a Week
Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening & Night)
Weekend Availability Required
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Provide live chat support
- Conduct zoom calls
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Explain solutions clearly in simple, step-by-step instructions
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when needed
- Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional client experience at all times
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused mindset
- Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends
🎯 Preferred (But Not Required)
- Prior experience in Customer Support
- Familiarity with CRM Softwares
- IT / Computer Science background
💰 Compensation
- Probation Period: 2 Months (10K per Month Stipend)
- Post-Probation Salary: Performance-Based (35,000 to 60,000 per Month)
