BKM Business Group is actively hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our Fort Myers team. This is a full-time, face-to-face role working directly with customers to introduce and sell Quantum Fiber high-speed internet services by Lumen.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, and comfortable working directly with people. What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Representative
- Meet customers directly in a field-based environment
- Present Quantum Fiber internet services in a clear, professional manner
- Answer customer questions about pricing, speeds, and availability
- Assist customers with new service sign-ups and account setup
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Track daily activity and maintain organized customer records
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Represent BKM Business Group and Lumen with professionalism at all times
Customer Support Representative Pay & Work Structure
- Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week)
- In-person, field-based customer interactions
- Weekly earnings based on completed sales and individual performance
- Earnings vary depending on results
