About The Role
We are hiring an entry-level Customer Support Representative to assist UK-based clients with customer queries and support requests. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for South African candidates — no experience required, as all training is provided. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone for UK clients
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Meet response time and quality targets set by the team
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- No prior experience required — full training provided
