Are you passionate about helping people and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service with empathy and precision.

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and stakeholders—playing a key role in ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.

Chennai, India (On-site)

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri)

What You’ll Do

Patient & Provider Support

– Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
– Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures
– Resolve concerns empathetically and escalate when needed

Appointment Scheduling

– Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
– Coordinate with providers and handle scheduling conflicts

Compliance & Quality

– Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA
– Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation

Administrative Support

– Update CRM/EHR systems with precision
– Support patient outreach and internal coordination

What We’re Looking For

✔️

Experience:

1–2 years in customer service (Healthcare preferred)

✔️ Communication:
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

✔️ Tech

Skills:

Familiarity with CRM, EHR systems & MS Office

✔️ Core Strengths:
Empathy, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset

Education:

Any Degree

Bonus Points:

– Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare regulations
– Experience in medical scheduling or patient coordination
