The Opportunity

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our Shared Services team.

In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting a range of administrative tasks through telephone, email, and live chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone in a professional and efficient manner
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Complete administrative and data processing tasks accurately
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client procedures and processes
  • Escalate trends, issues, and customer feedback to management where necessary
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and objectives

About the Role

  • Telephone answering and customer support
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and service-related queries
  • Performing daily administrative duties
  • Supporting a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment

Working Hours

  • 37.5 to 40 hours per week
  • Flexible shifts to support our 24/7 operations
  • Occasional bank holiday availability may be required
