Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Provide feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or support role is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
