Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)

We are hiring on behalf on one of our clients a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative. This is a full-time, office-based role for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and providing professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through website chat, social media platforms, and phone calls
  • Provide timely, professional, and helpful assistance to customers
  • Address customer concerns and questions while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Follow up on customer requests and provide accurate information regarding the clients' products and services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work within rotating shifts, including 2–3 overlapping schedules
  • Full-time availability and commitment to working from the office at all times, including Fridays (no remote work)

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • 2 days off per week
  • Rotating shifts based on business needs
