Role Description

The Customer Support Representative at Balkans.io is a full-time, on-site role, from 14:00-22:00, based in Prishtina. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. The representative will handle order-related questions, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary while maintaining detailed records in support systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting common customer problems, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer support tickets in Zendesk via email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Providing professional customer support regarding orders, returns, payments, and deliveries.
  • Updating customer information and documenting every customer interaction in the system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Monitoring orders across Shopify, ShipHero, and Zendesk, and verifying their status.
  • Following customer service quality standards and meeting established KPIs.
  • Delivering a positive customer experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
