MAHRA is a growing Pakistani fashion and e-commerce brand committed to delivering premium quality clothing and an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Secretary.

Job Summary

The Customer Support & Secretary will be responsible for managing customer communications, processing online orders, coordinating daily e-commerce operations, and providing administrative and clerical support to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone.

* Process, confirm, and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery.

* Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch, tracking, and delivery updates.

* Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer complaints professionally.

* Update products, inventory, and order information on the e-commerce platform.

* Maintain customer records and prepare daily operational reports.

* Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and organize office documentation.

* Assist the CEO with administrative, clerical, and day-to-day business tasks.

* Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other office documents.

* Coordinate with marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.

* Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or e-commerce is an advantage.

* Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

* Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

* Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Work Location

This is a 100% office-based position located in Bahria Town, Lahore. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
