Shifts – Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)

(Shifts Window- Between 4pm to 10am – Any 9 hours Shift)

5 days working with 2 rotational week offs

Location – Kolkata

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).

– Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

– Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.

– Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

– Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

(Domain Knowledge – BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)
