Job Description
Growth creates opportunity, and our client is expanding its Customer Success team to support a growing global customer base across the commercial real estate technology sector. The Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by identifying, investigating, resolving, and escalating customer inquiries while helping clients maximize the value of the platform. Your Daily Tasks
- Identify, investigate, resolve, escalate, and advise customers on support inquiries and requests.
- Build strong relationships with customers and help them maximize the value of the client's platform.
- Collaborate with teammates and internal stakeholders to efficiently address customer issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-through.
- Manage workload effectively by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve team processes, customer experiences, and operational scalability.
- Deliver world-class customer support while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Advocate for customer needs and provide valuable insights to internal teams.
- Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and overall business value.
The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Strong curiosity, empathy, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to represent the voice of the customer within the business.

Work Setup: Work From Home, Macedonia
Shift: Mid Shift, 11:00AM-7:00PM MK Time, Weekends Off
