Zangi is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to ensure a positive and professional customer experience across all communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support emails professionally and promptly;
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on the App Store, Google Play, and other platforms;
  • Collect, categorize, and systemize user-reported issues and feedback;
  • Prepare clear and structured issue reports for the Quality Assurance team;
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend possible improvements;
  • Communicate regularly with the Quality Assurance and product teams;
  • Follow up on reported issues and provide users with relevant updates;
  • Help improve customer support processes, templates, and internal documentation.


Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Native-level fluency in English;
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly describe, categorize, and document technical issues;
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Familiarity with mobile applications, app stores, and digital communication tools;
  • Experience with customer support platforms, issue-tracking systems, or reporting tools is an advantage.
